COOKIE QUESTIONS
When will my cookie box arrive?
All cookie boxes are baked and shipped fresh Monday - Wednesday. The priority shipping time (typically 2-3 days through the USPS) for your box will depend on the day of the week as well as any US holidays that may effect shipping times (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentines Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, etc.).
All orders will be shipped within 2 - 7 days of when the order was placed. Banko Bake does not currently ship orders Thursday - Sunday in order to avoid shipping delays due to post office hours on the weekends.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order on our end. You will then receive another email once your order has been processed for shipping through the USPS with tracking information.

How should I store my cookies once they arrive?
You should store your cookies at room temperature for up to 3 days upon delivery (all cookies are shipped in heat-sealed bags). If you are wanting to enjoy your cookies after the 3-day window, simply seal your cookies in an air-tight freezer bag and place them in the freezer. Once you are ready to serve the cookies, simply reheat your frozen cookies by baking them in your oven at 350 degrees F for ~8-10 minutes or until the center of each cookie is warm (baking time may vary depending on your oven).
How do I re-heat my cookies for the perfect freshly-baked taste?
All Banko Bake cookies are best served warm! Please follow the directions below for re-heating your cookies:
OVEN: Heat your oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, take your cookies out of their packaging, and bake for ~3-5 minutes
MICROWAVE: Place one unwrapped cookie on a microwave-safe plate and heat in the microwave for 15 - 20 seconds.
If you have stored your cookies in the freezer, simply take them out of their packaging, place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet, and bake them at 350 degrees F for ~8 - 10 minutes or until the center is warm. Baking time may vary depending on your oven.
Can I return my cookie box?
Due to the product being a perishable food item, Banko Bake is not able to offer returns or refunds. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your cookie box order, please reach out to bankobake@gmail.com and Maggie will be happy to help.
Are the cookies allergen-free?
Banko Bake is a certified home-based bakery and prepares all desserts in the same kitchen facility. If you have a nut, gluten, or dairy allergy, these cookies are not recommended as cross-contamination with other desserts containing those ingredients is always a possibility in the kitchen. Each order will contain a nutrition label card with the full ingredient list for each cookie flavor.
